About Us: The Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a charity committed to supporting the underprivileged in our community through a myriad of services, including but not limited to offering shelter to orphans and youths at risk, facilitating subsidised medical treatments, and administering financial aid through various programs.

Job Description:
1. Relationship Management
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential donors through regular communication and personalised engagement.
- Stewardship: Ensure donors are appreciated and informed about the impact of their contributions through thank you letters, reports, and special events.
- Donor Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing donors and upgrade their giving levels.
2. Fundraising
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, capital campaigns, and special projects.
- Event Coordination: Organise fundraising events, donor appreciation events, and other activities to engage and recognise donors.
- Grant Writing: Prepare and submit grant applications to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
3. Communication
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop marketing materials, newsletters, and other communication tools to keep donors informed and engaged.
- Social Media and Online Presence: Utilise social media and the organisation's website to highlight donor impact and fundraising needs.
4. Administrative
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in a database, including contact information, donation history, and communication logs.
- Reporting: Generate reports on fundraising activities, donor engagement, and campaign outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for donor relations activities and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
5. Strategic Planning
- Goal Setting: Establish annual and long-term fundraising goals in collaboration with the development team and organisational leadership.
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to diversify funding sources and expand the donor base.
6. Collaboration
- Team Coordination: Work closely with other members of the development team, as well as other departments, to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with donor relations activities and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or fundraising, preferably in a charitable organization or nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/fundraising targets and building successful customer/donor relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fundraising databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
