Job Details:
. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Dormitory and ensures the highest level of clients and residents satisfaction and service standards in accordance with our operational policies and procedures.
. Responsible in handling client/resident's feedback and resolving complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily through consistent engagement with the parties.
. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including raising mental health awareness for the residents.
. Responsible for ensuring that the Dormitory complies with FEDA and industry regulations.
. Responsible to provide guidance on the preferred communication method to resolve operational, event and dormitory regulatory issues at the Dormitory.
. Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of duty roster and manning plan for operations of the Dormitory to ensure services meet the expectations.
. Assist Dormitory Manager during engagement with public authorities (i.e. BCA, MOM, SPF, NEA, SFA, ICA, SCDF, MHA, MWC etc.)
. Evaluate stakeholders and residents feedback and reports and initiate corrective actions and further improvement on the Dormitory operation.
. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and updates for Dormitory Manager, Operation Director and the Management.
. Attend to any emergencies at the Dormitory.
. All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
