DRAFTER (ARCHITECTURAL)

Job Description

• Drawings of site plan, CAD layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings with material specifications and other design documentation
• Presentation drawings and models
• Technical Drawing Creation: Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
  Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand the project requirements.
  Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  Stay updated on changes to building regulations and practices.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
• As-built drawings for building projects in compliance with the relevant authorities guidelines
• Supporting the duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good in AutoCAD
• Well-versed in construction detailing / building regulations.
• Familiarity with various building types and construction methods.
