JOB SCOPES

Primary,

• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.

Secondary,

• Oversee M&E works on construction sites.
• Oversee all M&E works on construction sites.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be proficiency in AutoCAD and develop Revit.
• Advantages if have experience dealing with Data Centre projects.
