Drafter cum ACMV Quantity Surveyor

Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings for ACMV systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical plans and drawings.

Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.

Quantity Surveying Tasks:

Prepare cost estimates for ACMV systems and related projects.

Analyze project specifications, design plans, and tender documents.

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed costing reports.

Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project records, such as drawings, contracts, and documentation.

Provide regular progress reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.

2+ years of experience in drafting, preferably in ACMV or related HVAC fields.

Experience in quantity surveying, including BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
