Drafter (Facade）

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Design manager/Senior Designers in drafting building facades, including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and other exterior systems
• Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings in line with project schedules.
• Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings of facades, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, approvals, and related documentation for project files.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in facade design, with a strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise and accurate technical drawings.

• Capable of working and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors.
