Drafter

The drafter will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for design development for the assigned projects against the given schedule. He/She will also be required to participate and be involved in liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and the relevant authorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings

. Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore's established standards

. Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings

. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings

. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

. At least 1-2 years working experience as CAD Operator or Design Draftsman within the area of commercial/retail architecture or interior design

. Proficient in design Software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DSMax or Any Rendering Software, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

. Ability to understand schematic design and translate them into accurate technical drawings

. Imaginative and creative thinking skills

. Portfolio reflecting relevant interior design projects
