Job Description

Collect, sort, load and unload issued goods onto delivery vehicle at warehouses/pick-up points verify goods in vehicle before commencing delivery
Receive delivery destinations from Delivery Supervisor and plan delivery route to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
Ensure goods in vehicle are always secured, including times when vehicle is not manned during deliveries.
Adheres to company standards, policies, and procedures in the areas of invoicing, delivery, good return, and money collection
Assist to unload goods at destination in a safe and efficient manner
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Inform customers about new product offerings or special instructions when necessary
Return undelivered goods and fill in the delivery report upon completion of delivery
Any other ad hoc duties where applicable.
