Position objective and summary
- Responsible for supporting the Production in by delivering and picking up of materials, equipments, tools, etc. in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- Ensure that goods are safely secured.
- Ensure that vehicle is in good condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading the vehicle manually.
- Take the quickest and safest route to the destinations.
- Maintain contactable with Supervisor/Store Clerk to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location.
- Maintain good working relationship with all external parties.
- Obtain customer signature or collect payment for goods delivered.
- Fetch workers from and to worksite.
- Assist in delivery and collection of office documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
- Class 4 driving license
- We will give priority to the candidates who have working experiences in different kind vehicles like prime mover, 24/10 feet lorry, and hooklift truck.
- Familiar with Singapore geographic locations.
