Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
Liase and work closely with contractor.
Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Site supervision for diaphragm wall, barrette pile, cross wall and bored pile construction works.
Setting up the trench cutter desander and silo plant in construction site.
Installation of pipeline to supply stability liquid for earth work.
Supervise the usage of heave machinery and equipment for site requirement according to construction schedule.
Control the stabilizer chemical and disposal plan.
Must have deep knowledge in diaphragm wall construction and mechanical of heave machinery & equipment especially trench cutter system, desander plant etc.
Able to work in construction site working environment.
Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
