Job Title: Driver Cum Warehouse Assistant (ID6003)
Location: AMK Ind PK 2
Working Hours: Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.15 am - 5.15 pm), Sat (8.15 am - 12.15 pm)
Salary: S$2500 S$2800

Driving and Transportation
.Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse facilities and construction sites.
.Loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
.Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while driving, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
Warehouse Management
.Perform warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
.Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
.Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
Logistics Coordination
.Schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments of materials to construction/ client sites.
.Track and monitor transportation activities, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
.Optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery performance through effective logistics planning and management.
Reporting and Documentation
.Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
.Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, transactions, receipts, and shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
.Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to provide updates, insights, and support on warehouse operations, inventory status, and material requirements.

Requirements
.Valid Class 3 Driving License.
.Good working knowledge of MS Office
.Min. 1 year of driver working experience
. Basic understanding on warehousing management is a plus
.Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment and able to handle heavy loads/ items
