Job Description: Driving Trainer
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to coaching and training the next generation of competent drivers. This role involves delivering high-quality driving instruction, ensuring that students not only acquire the necessary skills but also develop safe driving habits.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Overtime Pay: Available for additional hours worked
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driving lessons for students, focusing on both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual student needs.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving abilities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on best practices in driver education and training methods.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
- Posses fast learning, determined and proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Licenses: Minimum Class 3 driving license Class 4 license preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of driving experience with no demerit points in the last 36 months.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
