My Drum School (MDS) is Singapores first and largest school for specialized drum education. Established in 2007, the MDS ethos has always been one of excellence. Teach using our pedagogy and syllabus to deliver the MDS Experience and Brand Promise.
- Plan and conduct individual or group lessons, motivating students at various stages of their musical development.
Prepare students for recitals, performances, and Rockschool graded exams.- Track progress, set objectives, and provide feedback to students and parents through our MDS Room App.
Collaborate with other departments, participate in company meetings and events, and contribute to day-to-day operations.
- Continue developing your technical skills and teaching abilities.
- Requirements youll need:Proficient in pop, rock, blues, funk, and R&B rhythms
Ability in reading and simple writing of drum notations. At least in 8th Beats, 16th Beats, and Triplets
- At least 3 years of drumming exposure
A minimum of Grade 5 from a drum examination board or equivalent. (Audition is required for those without drum certification)- Experience in drumming for church worship is an added advantage for applicants.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in both a video and face-to-face interview.
