Job Description:

• Plan and develop DX (Digital Transformation) in their global department
• Conduct marketing research and promotion of workplace applications
• Conduct hearing for other department including operation teams and find things that need to get improved
• Analyze things to get improved, and develop DX plan, and prepare presentations.
• Development and promotion of core systems
• Develop simple systems using BI tools and RPA
• Join and support for DX promotion meeting, working group, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Experience in leading system developing projects or in infrastructure development and management such as networks and servers
• Able to converse in Japanese to communicate with other Japanese speaking stakeholders in the global branches
• Possesses the Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination (A Japanese National Qualification) or equivalent level or higher qualification is a plus
• Experience in construction industry is a plus
