E-commerce Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Fulfillment: Carefully review order details to ensure the correct items are picked and packed.
  Double-check quantities, sizes, colors, or product specifications to reduce the risk of errors.
• Packing and Handling: Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials like bubble wrap, paper, or boxes suited to each product type. Label packages accurately.
• Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to identify any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory management to notify team members of any stock shortages or discrepancies.
  Keep workstations organized, restock packing supplies, and ensure sufficient materials for uninterrupted work.
• Efficiency and Safety: Work efficiently to meet daily or hourly packing targets without compromising on quality.
  Follow safety protocols, especially when handling heavier items, sharp packing tools, or chemical-based packing materials.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues, from order discrepancies to packaging defects.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 6.30pm
• Able to work OT and PH
