Position: Operation Executive, Full Time
As an Operation Executive, you will be in-charge of the day-to-day operations of running our e-commerce stores. You will oversee the daily fulfillment and manpower needs at the office and warehouse to ensure smooth operation. You will be leading the Operation Assistants and managing a small team. You will be in-charge of both online and offline operations. You are someone who is customer-oriented, hence skilful in optimizing the operation processes to improve both company efficiency and customer experience. Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in managing e-commerce stores or experience in leadership role.
- Key Job Responsibilities:
(including but not limited to)
· _Lead_ the Operation Assistant Team to
ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities related to order fulfilment, inventory management, logistics, admin and customer support. _Oversee_ the assistants to
achieve target platforms metrics and maintain good platform gradings of our online stores eg. Preferred Status, On-time Delivery Rate, Chat Response Rate, etc
· _Manage _after-sales operations and engage with customers to
reduce the number of exchange, return, or refund cases. _Lead _the
settling of platform disputes pertaining to after-sales and return logistics
· _Manage _the online operations of our stores on various platforms.
Keep in step with ever-changing platform policies. _Liaise_ closely with platform managers to
adapt quickly to opportunities or threat. Proactively learn about updated platform policies by attending their online webinars, courses, offline sellers meet, etc.
· _Improve _customer support operations. _Optimize_ chat response content and frequency to
facilitate purchases and good reviews. _Manage_ the
scheduling of manpower for customer support during weekdays after work hours, weekends, and big days to achieve round-the-clock customer support
At least 1 year experience managing e-commerce platforms OR,
- At least 1 year experience in leadership role
Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented- Independent and flexible in taking on new task
Able to commit 1 year or more, ladies preferred
