E-Commerce Operatives Executive cum Delivery Driver

The Quan Shui Wet Market Online team is looking for a results-driven Operations Executive cum Driver with a friendly service disposation to support our E-Commerce operations within Singapore.

The ideal candidate for this role should have initiative, exceptional attention to detail, be open to everchanging operational challenges, possess strong problem solving skills and be willing to learn and improve.

$2300/month + up to $350 performance bonus

6 days/week (Mondays off)

0730 - 1900 daily (includ, 1 hour lunch break day ends when deliveries end)

A/C Environment

Breakfast and Basic refreshments provided

Candidates with WSQ Food Hygiene Cert preferred

Candidates with previous packing/warehousing experience preferred

.Vehicle/Cashcard/Diesel/Parking all provided - Able to drive home

Annual bonus (up to 1 month) for Good Performers

Opportunity to be trained for Ops Manager Role

Ops Assistant (0730 - 1200)

Perform quality checks on all fresh groceries received (fruits/veg/meats)

Ensure hygienic and accurate packing of fresh groceries

Perform stocktaking and ensure sufficient supplies

Preparation of logistics for next day's work (e.g. filling ice packs)

Other ad-hoc duties

Driver (1300 - 1900)

Ensuring timely, accurate and sanitary preparation of customers orders

Unload and deliver (by hand) groceries to customers doorstep

Collection of customers grocery boxes and returning them in good condition to HQ

Clear communication with customer service team on ETA

Job Requirements

Able to start immediately

Able to read, write and understand English (bonus if Mandarin speaking as well, as bosses are Mandarin educated)

Able to stand for long hours

Able to work well in a team

Able to perform O.T. if required

Comfortable with occasionally handling meat (gloves and apron provided)

Class 3 Manual license preferred (min. 2 years driving experience)

Candidate must be able to use delivery planning apps like Google Maps

Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment

Physically able to carry fresh groceries of up to 10 kg

Smiley face with pleasant attitude preferred
