Manage orders from various digital platforms holistically, including website, e-commerce official online channels (eg, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
Process e-commerce orders in our in-house system and excel
Work closely with the warehouse, fleet team, and clients to optimize process flows
Monitor and respond to internal/external inquiries in a timely manner
Enhance customer experience and drive the growth of the e-commerce business by managing customer order fulfillment, technology, and infrastructural plans
Understand the operational workflow of the entire business and identify opportunities to bring value to the company
Work closely with customer service to ensure daily customer orders are fulfilled within target order fill rates
Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations
Monitor & Perform physical stock checks in the ecommence products and packaging
Manage inventory to ensure product availability for all orders
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in any field of discipline
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
2 years & above of relevant experience in managing ecommerce platforms is an added advantage
Strong customer service skill
Able to multi-task with good time management skill
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
Passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the e-commerce industry
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn
