Responsibilities

. Oversee the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement process, such as selection, arranging for interviews, preparing documents, and client support.

. Meet monthly sales target

. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower

. Manage client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

. Manage issues raised by clients

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years of experience in a maid agency

. Has to be CEI certified.

. Understanding and Knowledge of front to end processing

. Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices

. Able to work independently

. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

. Detail-oriented and organised
