Reporting to Maintenance Manager & you'll be responsible to ensure that functionality of all Automation system (Process Control System and Building Management System), Electrical and Instrumentation system by providing engineering professional and technical leadership to the Engineering & Maintenance function in the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safety personnel and plant
- Provide Technical Solution for Process related issues in the variety of Complex Liquid, drying and packaging process.
- Maintain Process control system (PCS) and Building management system (BMS) servers and PLC.
- Engage and work together with System integrate Vendor for new Process development automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and find a solution for process automation related issue and with RCA and CAPA.
- Work together with Project team for New or Upgrade project activities.
- Support and contribution of Yield Improvement Project with project team.
- Coordinate PM Optimization (Preventive maintenance) to reduce the Maintenance cost with the help of Lean six sigma.
- Work Together with Maintenance Engineer to solve the repeated engineering issue.
- Manage and maintain the HACCP in process related such as Xray, Metal Detector and pasteurization CCP.
- Create new SOP's and periodically Update both automation and instrumentation related.
- Manage team of automation technicians (4shift) and provide technical support and training
- Build and maintain strong relationship inside and outside of the organization. Thinks ahead ways to develop superior competitive tactics to support growth and productivity priorities.
- Support to Maintenance Manager to build culture on high levels of compliance in terms of equipment maintenance plans, calibration and food safety related equipment and processes.
- Understand the link between a strong maintenance & reliability practice and how it impacts food safety and product quality.
- Drive the use of technology in engineering, maintenance, and reliability engineering.
- Integrate best practices through focus on external competitors and other industries.
- Build and maintain good relationships inside and outside organization. Provide community interface on strategic areas that affect communities MJN operates in and projects the company's views to foster good relations with local, national and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics.
- At least 3 years industrial Automation & maintenance experience.
- Previous experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment is preferred with experience and knowledge in Automation and predictive and preventative maintenance technologies.
- Experience in Automation systems, SCADA, PLC
- Experience in reliability maintenance strategies.
