Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for preschool-aged children.

. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

. Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

. Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the child's education.

. Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.

. Create a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

. Minimum with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education - L1/L2

. GCE O Level credit in English

. Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
