Job Description

Maintain high service standards and attend all scheduled meetings and training.
Develop engaging lesson plans and use suitable teaching materials to support children's learning.
Collaborate with a team to create effective learning environments and manage diverse learners.
Coordinate interventions with families and the Transdisciplinary team to enhance child outcomes.
Monitor children's progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for parents.
Ensure a safe, hygienic environment and maintain classroom resources.
Communicate regularly with parents and uphold confidentiality.
Assist with ad-hoc projects or committees as needed by the Lead Educator, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or Programme Lead.

Requirement

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for working with preschoolers.
