Qualifications:
- ACEY / ACECCE / DECCE-T or an ECDA-recognised equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young children in either a childcare or kindergarten setting.
- Knowledge of child development and an understanding of best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - because it takes a village!
- A collaborative spirit - you work well with others and have a genuine love for supporting families and your team.
