What You'll Do:
- Design and Lead Literacy Adventures: Develop and implement engaging literacy lessons that align with our educational philosophy.
- Create Inspiring Learning Environments: Craft age-appropriate teaching aids and bring lessons to life with creativity and energy.
- Foster Positive Growth: Use positive guidance techniques to nurture students development and maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Build Strong Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication and a collaborative learning environment.
- Track and Celebrate Progress: Keep detailed records of each student's journey and tailor your approach to meet their unique needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc.)
- Experience: At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years old.
- Dynamic Personality: A creative and energetic individual who brings excitement to the classroom.
- Effective Communicator: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.
