Team Introduction
Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure a smooth and successful eCommerce campaign execution, whilst managing post-sale client relationships to help them consistently grow
- Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our Commerce product & program offerings
- Share eCommerce industry & marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy
- Closely support and partner up with the sales team on presale research, media planning and pitching
- Serve as internal & external ShopAds product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow eCommerce book of business
- Proactively lead product update discussions, work with XFN to upskill internal teams expertise on ShopAds
