Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture relationships with startups, venture capitalists, academic institutions, and industry experts.
- Manage and grow our network of partners and stakeholders to support the innovation ecosystem.
- Organise and lead events such as workshops, seminars, and networking gatherings that promote knowledge exchange and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the centre and external entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the health and success of the ecosystem, providing reports and insights to management team.
- Stay informed of industry trends and shifts in the technology landscape to ensure the centre remains relevant.
- Acts as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, monitor, and support innovation management KPIs and measurements
Qualifications:
- Degree or post graduate degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecosystem management, community engagement, or a related field within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
- Attention to details with good organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
