Job Responsibilities
To p lan and execute of the medium- and long-term development of the treasury business
To oversee trading activities in Singapore and potentially other locations in APAC, including FX, fixed income and derivatives trading
To m anage Risk limit application and credit application for business expansion and continuity
To m anage expenses and office management for business expansion and continuity
To ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations
To lead multiple projects in collaboration with related departments
To provide leadership and mentorship to the group, promoting a culture of high ethics and continous improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor or more degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or a related field
Strong understandign of banking regulations in major jurisdictions include Japan and Singapore
10 + years of experience in treasury or trading on global markets products
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred for regular communication with the head office in Japan as the reports and presentation will need to in Japanese
