Education Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Consultant to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads and potential students, engaging them over the phone and guiding them through the enrollment journey.

Job Description

• Promote through Telemarketing efforts for SkillsFuture workshops in Culinary, Marketing, Media and Arts.
• Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with the existing pool of leads to nurture and potentially convert them as learners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with the sales manager and other team members.
• Provide great learner experience and journey for participants.
