COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : EHS Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant.
Keep up-to-date with changes in safety legislation and industry best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
Promote safety awareness and foster a safety culture within the organization.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Perform regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace.
Ensure that safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are maintained and used properly.
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Conduct emergency drills and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Prepare and submit safety reports to management and relevant authorities.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior/Head of Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum WSH Level C or Degree in WSH or equivalent is preferred
Must hold a valid Singapore registered WSHO license
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Well-Versed in Workplace Safety & Health Act
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work independently and in a team
OTHER INFORMATION
6 days work week.
Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.
