The Engineering Division conducts research and provides engineering services to the whole of DSO in the areas of digital and mixed- signal electronics/microelectronics, radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic interference (EMI)/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), antennas, as well as mechanical and thermal engineering.

Electrical Engineer (Electromagnetic Compatibility)
In this role, you will:
Support system development to achieve the system's EMC requirements.This covers from sub-module level to platform level, and would involve design, analysis, measurements, and qualifications.
Conduct research and development on EMC related solutions to achieve department's goals.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Knowledge / experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
1) EMC / RF and telecommunication technologies
2) EM simulation tools (like CST, FEKO, HFSS)
3) Operating RF equipment like spectrum analysers, VNAs, oscilloscopes
4) EMC standards (military and commercial)
Able to work and conduct measurements in a laboratory and / or outdoor environment
Ability to work independently, yet also be a strong team player to interface with other engineers in multiple project teams to fulfill project requirements
Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
