On behalf of our Client, Manage the Install, Test, Commission and Leave In Service LV Equipment and associated works to meet Schedule and Budget. Comprising all electrical system/equipment works for:
- 400, 480 and 208V Switch Boards.
- 33/0.4, 33/0.215, 33/0.48kV Transformers.
- Power and control cables
- LV Variable frequency drives and DOL starters
- LV protection system
- Integrated monitoring system and SCADA
- General Electrical installations Lighting and small power
- Earthing and lightning protection system.
- PV , UPS and battery chargers
- Process busways and power distribution systems.
Other works associated with system equipment mentioned above:
- Ensure Project Equipment Green Tag requirements are met prior to Sign Off and to perform detailed Reviews, Comment and Project Sign off for the Completed Project Quality Documentation (QCD, MCCD, CCD) on behalf of Client and in readiness for Client System Owner Blue Tag approvals.
- Provide technical inputs at Design Reviews, Drawing Submission Approvals.
- Pre-qualification compliance to Client Standards and to Electrical Code for New First of a Kind Facilities Electrical Equipment.
- SOW and DM for Client direct buy equipment.
- Review, revise, modify and approve to meet Client requirements for and attend Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Testing.
- Generate Electrical Switching Procedures / Presentations.
- Review, revise, modify and approve Sequence of Operations procedures.
- Attendance & Technical participation at Base Build Project Design Reviews, Management Meetings, Weekly Project Discipline Work Group Meetings, Client and Commercial Meetings.
- Through the Project change Process, advise and propose Electrical Upgrades required to meet Model of Record needs as well as supporting multi-discipline RFP approved upgrade Projects for Facilities Mechanical, Gas, UPW, WWT, Gas Yard and Chemical Plant.
