Job Description

Scope of work

  • Give sketch drawing to drafters, client and main contractor.

  • Understand our project scope of work, plan, submit, seek approval and execute on site.

  • Maintain and check submission list (Materials and shop drawings)

  • Maintain and check RFI submissions.

  • Issue MOS and approved drawing to site PM for execution.

  • Progress reporting through PPT photos, location, test reports.

    Well verse electrical shop drawing preparation and submission

    Maintain submission list records

    Email reminder and chaser for architectural or structural drawings shortfall

    Well verse electrical code of practice: SS638

    SS551

    SS650

    SS531

    Basic Greenmark knowledge

    Good Communication Skills

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
