Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tender surveys, evaluate documents, and interpret detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring every aspect aligns with project goals.
- Take charge of preparing and managing tender and contract documents, including precise quantity take-offs. Collaborate closely with clients and consultants to meet and exceed expectations.
- Strategically source, compile, and assess quotations from suppliers, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all contractual dealings.
- Independently execute detailed cost estimations to lead the tender process, coordinating with suppliers, main contractors, and sub-contractors to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to submitted tenders. Participate in site briefings and tender interviews to represent our commitment to quality and precision.
- Ensure all project documents are submitted on time to clients and authorities. Maintain meticulous records and filing systems for all tenders and projects.
- Engage in other related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success and innovation of our projects.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical), Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
- Able to read electrical drawing
