Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a rolling schedule in coordination with various stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot mill issues, engage in discussions to identify problems, and brainstorm potential solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators, consolidate data accurately, identify discrepancies, and propose and implement solutions as needed.
- Conduct month-end closing activities, ensuring that the inventory of raw materials and finished goods aligns with monthly production figures
- Adhere to ISO standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and other relevant product standards.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and maintain a healthy inventory to support uninterrupted production.
- Oversee and maintain SOPs and TRA to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- At least Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Inexperience candidates or at least 1 year of experience in the construction field are welcomed to apply.
