Electrical Technician (Dormitory in Changi East)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment
• Guide the team to check the electrical systems and to troubleshoot the electrical faults promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Liaise with project teams and authorities on electrical plan submissions
• Act as the QP for electrical plan submissions
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management

Requirements:

• Valid Grade 7 Licensed Electrician Worker Licence
• Understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
