Master tools and technology used in electrical maintenance in incineration plants.
Analyze data and interpret technical drawings to identify and address problems.

Understand RA, SOP, brief and conduct Toolbox meetings to contractors.
Follow up with contractors for regular monthly inspection as per contractual agreements without any deviations.
Attend to emergency calls to minimize operational impact and enhance reliability.
Review and plan preventive maintenance including overhauls for smooth operation of plant.
Display good maintenance performance and support Operations to maximize availability.
Identify and implement at least two lessons learnt for continuous improvement of plant processes.
Maintain workshop tools and monitor the usage. Assist supervisor to replenish tools as and when required.
Initiate routine calibration and availability of Workshop tools as good utility practice.
Ensure tools and materials are properly stored.
Attend HSE Site Inspection, HSE Committee meeting, mass safety talk, participate in safety quiz and BMOS program.
Submit HRP and take initiative to close HRP on time.
Manage contractual agreements as per schedule and execute with safety.
Maintain good relationships with all colleagues and contractors.
Maintain ISO (9001, 14001, 18001) requirements such as Work Instructions, Check list, Safe work procedure documents.
Ensure all the documentations are completed on time once the job has been completed.
Ensure no Statutory/Regulatory non-compliance due to poor maintenance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or plant management.
NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in process plant operations
Relevant functional knowledge on Turbine, Boilers and DCS
Attended training relating to HAZMAT/First Aid/Incident Management/Work-at-Height/Confined Space would be highly appreciated.
