About the Role - Perform routine inspection, servicing and repair of facilities and equipment, such as electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or faults that arise in the facilities and equipment. Coordinate and liaise with external contractors or vendors for any major repairs or upgrades. Monitor and record the performance and condition of the facilities and equipment. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and policies. Respond to any emergencies or breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Provide technical support and guidance to other staff or users of the facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
Qualifications - Candidate must possess at least a National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Possesses a valid LEW 7 license issued by EMA. Candidate must have 3 years of related working experience. Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure. Service orientated mind-set. Possess high level of initiative and integrity. Possess strong leadership quality, good planning and organizing ability. Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services faults. Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior.
