Electrician Team Lead | West | 5.5 days

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in electrical control and basic electrical work.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical control circuits.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proven leadership skills and knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to attend courses to upgrade to supervisory roles if lacking leadership skills.
• Proficiency in writing reports in English.
• Familiarity with using WhatsApp for work assignments and communication.
• Good communication skills.

Benefits:

• Medical coverage at government hospitals, certified pharmacies, or company clinics. Other medical expenses are self-paid.
• Must have a basic work safety certificate to start work or attend company-sponsored courses. If leaving the company within 6 months, the course fee (approximately $400) must be repaid.
• Additional $100 allowance for holders of a Class 3 driving license.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Overtime is compensated accordingly.
