Job Summary:
As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, support, and maintenance of industrial machines and modules. This role requires expertise in PCB design, electronics engineering, and close collaboration with global teams. You will ensure that products meet both safety and industry standards while delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and modules for industrial machines according to specifications.
- Upgrade existing products through component selection and hardware/software integration.
- Conduct research and propose hardware and software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders globally to ensure product success.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, schematics, test reports, and manuals.
- Perform risk assessments and conduct EMC tests to ensure compliance with safety standards (CE, NR12, UL).
- Drive continuous improvement of products and processes within the company's R&D framework.
Authority:
- Responsible for decision-making on tasks related to electronic design within established company guidelines.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in PCB design and electronics engineering, preferably within electro-mechanical systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in motion control systems using servo, stepper, and DC motors.
- Proficiency in electrical circuit design, sensor application, and industrial automation.
- Experience with STM microprocessors is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of safety standards (CE, UL, CCC, NR12) and the use of Sistema software for safety integrity assessment.
- Software/firmware programming skills are an advantage.

- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).
