Key Job Responsibilities:
1) Improve / develop processes to reduce scrap, improve yield & customer satisfaction in line with department objectives
2) Assist Executive Engineer to develop strategic plan and work to upgrade department competency and capabilities
3) Involve in introduction, qualification and industrialization of new raw materials, products and processes.
4) Resolve quality issues and customer complaints on a timely basis
Job Requirements:
1) Degree in Chemistry, Material Engineering or related Engineering discipline
2) At least 3 years of relevant working experience in electroplating sector
3) Strong knowledge in electroplating chemistry
4) Independent, self-driven and proactive individual
