Key Job Responsibilities:
1) Drive process development, inclusive of process/product characterization, qualification and production pilot runs and volume ramp
2) Initiate/Drive and participate improvement projects related to Quality, productivity and cost
3) Participate in technological awareness in the process area in order to anticipate technological changes and recommend/propose actions for improvement of existing processes
4) Monitor stability of production process via follow up and daily analysis of quality date from upstream processes/ plating/ final inspection so as to determine effectiveness of corrective actions
5) Take part in process improvement and cost reduction programs of plating processes
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent Degree holder or above
2) Knowledge & experience in reel to reel plating technology, like FPC, Ni Plating or Au plating, or plating on connectors is a MUST
3) Familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA, SPC etc
4) Good communication and organizational skills
5) Independent, self-driven and proactive individual
