Our client is an industrial powerhouse who has recently undergone a strategic review of target operating model. Following the change, there is an opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join them in this strategic position.
Responsibilities
Directly partnering the Emerging Markets President and reporting functionally to the Global CFO, you will manage the entirety of the Finance organization for the region. Leading a team of more than 150 professionals, you are expected to add significant value to the organization via working with the commercial teams in enhancing topline as well as extracting efficiencies across the board. As the role is highly transformative, you can be expected to lead projects in streamlining finance operations to achieve best in class and bring the organization to the next level of maturity.
Requirements
Ideally you should be a degree qualified CA/CPA and have a minimum of 20 years of relevant commercial experience. You are seasoned and mature, with strong leadership skills, preferably gained in an extremely culturally diverse and highly matrixed environment. Whilst prior industrials sector experience would be highly advantageous, we would also be willing to consider candidates from other sectors that are complex, progressive and equally cutting-edge. Relevant emerging markets experience is critical for this role.
