Are you ready to make a significant impact in reliability engineering, energy optimization, and sustainability Join a leading multinational chemical manufacturer as a Energy and Reliability Optimization Engineer, where you'll play a key role in enhancing plant performance while advancing sustainability goals.
Your Role
- Enhance Reliability: Develop and execute strategies to improve equipment reliability, lead root cause analysis, and drive predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Optimize Energy Use: Implement energy conservation projects, optimize systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors), and reduce operational costs.
- Drive Sustainability: Lead initiatives for waste reduction, carbon emissions, and water conservation assess and adopt renewable energy solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply data-driven approaches to improve asset reliability and sustainability, integrating best practices across the plant.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and external partners to align reliability and sustainability with daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in reliability engineering, energy management, or sustainability within manufacturing
- Proficiency in FMEA, RCA, and energy audits certifications (e.g., CMRP, SCEM) are a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional project leadership skills
