Manage Shop Visit of CFM Product line (CFM56 & LEAP Series) from Pre-induction (Engine removal) to Engine Delivery with Offload Partners
Has a complete vision of the engine maintenance operations flow and takes all decisions and actions necessary to fulfill the commitment to the customers and to the MRO shop's production planning.
Reports on the maintenance operations evolutions to the internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the industrial operations representative on behalf of Customers being the main interface between the customers and the MRO shop.
Establish strong partnership with all site stakeholders to ensure Gates milestones have been met
Anticipate, identify and assist to resolve when necessary the impediments the MRO shops are facing that puts deliveries milestone at risks
Transversal coordination with other Offload team functions (Customer support team, supplier performance team, supply chain, engineering, quality, invoicing)
Drive Risk analysis and associated mitigation plan for wing-to-wing maintenance operations.
Drive the engine maintenance costs by conducting cost-benefit analysis and therefore contribute to the contract profitability optimization.
In the event investigations or sick bays are required, he/she ensures that the decisions taken are in line with the commitments made in terms of TAT and cost.
Follow up commercial disputes and ensure resolution with customers.
Track invoicing delays and quality standard compliance in line with contract obligations.
Organize Customer visits in shop if needed.
Engine Owner Responsibilities
Accountable for Engine Shop visit performances (TAT, Risk management, Work scope escalation, cost control) during the Engine shop visit
Ensure initial work scope and extension are compliant with the process and program's guidelines.
Prime interface for any questions from leadership as to engine status and is responsible for raising critical items/help needed to program team / leadership.
Monitor and Control Gate to Gate Processes for adherence to Contractual agreements/Baselines
Makes sure that the shop receives documentation necessary for Shop visit preparations

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience in Aerospace industry, especially in Commercial Aircraft Engines or Gas Turbine Engines will be required
Familiar with Engine MRO shop practices & processes
Experienced or willingness in handling customer preferred
