Job Description

Working Location: Tampines/Pasir Ris

Working Hours: 5 days

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine after service (Machine's period maintenance, trouble shooting)
  • Perform routine after service in inspections in accordance with the CRM system
  • Respond to customer application technology issues of produce and provide product technical advise
  • Provide technical services to customer and support install equipment
  • Answer customer phone calls for procut complaints

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in engineering fields (Electronics/Machinery)
  • Must be able to standby when required (once in a month)
  • Can communicate in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
