What you'll be doing

• Oversee clinic facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Manage preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance to meet quality expectations
• Conduct checks and contractor reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Consolidate user needs and manage projects within budget and timelines
• Maintain documentation for all maintenance and project activities
• Assist with certifications (ESS, OHSAS) and new clinic developments
• Respond to alarms or critical faults promptly
• Handle additional duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering
• 1 - 3 years of experience in facilities management within healthcare properties
• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage
