Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
Design of mechanical services such as Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Medical gas, Compress Air and Sanitary and Plumbing System etc.
Presentation of design concept report to client.
Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
Co-ordination of M&E services within the office.
Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim.
Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following
Site Assessment and Inspection
Design development and co-ordination
Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in ACMV equipment / chillers / mechanical / electrical / building / projects
Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Customer service oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD and Singapores safety and quality standards
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
