Responsible for all major mechanical and electrical and instrumentation equipment
Lead a team of technical executives/technicians for troubleshooting works
Manage the purchase of major supply and repair items alongside with supervision and execution of preventive and condition monitoring of major electrical equipment
Handle hands-on preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
Coordination with clients and subcontractors to meet the site/project requirements
Carry out rectification of faults within a specified time
In-charge of troubleshooting of M&E system
Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
Responsible for project cost control and service standards
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Technical knowledge of M&E systems(including, but not limited to, fire protection systems, AV systems and ACMV systems) is an added advantage
