Job Description & Requirements
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for streamlining production flow, reducing cycle times, and increasing throughput.
- Conduct time and motion studies to assess worker productivity and identify opportunities for automation or process layout adjustments.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles like Six Sigma and Kaizen to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering or it's equivalent
- Experience in Semicon Industry
- Experience & knowledge in manufacturing process/product costing/planning using SAP Software
- Open to non experience but must have Strong leadership experience
