Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to any lithography process or quality-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective resolutions
Owner of PMFEA, OCAP, and WI/ SOP for documentation and updates
Propose and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) to resolve chronic issues
Plan and conduct the development and evaluation of new processes/packages
Perform process margin study to determine the process capability of new process/ package
Lead the evaluation of all lots and report results in a timely manner.
Provide technical training to AEs on lithography process issues encountered in the manufacturing line
Work closely with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of new processes/ packages
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with exposure to dry processes such as photolithography, plasma, and sputtering, or wet processes such as electrochemical plating and wet etching
Statistical (SPC) and analytical skills, including problem-solving methodologies, are essential
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with CAD and statistical software is an advantage
Team player and willing to learn with a positive attitude
